When Eliza Doolittle (Sarah Gabriel alternating with Christine Arand) sings “I Could Have Danced All Night,” pure musical magic fills the stage, accomplishing the mission of Jean-Luc Choplin, director of Paris’s Théâtre du Châtelet, to bring “joy and happiness” into people’s lives. My Fair Lady (Frederick Loewe/Alan Jay Lerner), Dec. 9 to Jan. 2, is sold out, but seats with limited visibility are available. This new production is in English with French subtitles. Pierre Tran
