The current show at the Galerie Azzedine Alaïa (18, rue de la Verrerie, 75004 Paris; tel.: 01 42 72 19 19), “Grandi Legni,” features the latest fruits of the experimental work of renowned Italian designer Andrea Branzi, whose original, provocative view of contemporary design is sometimes obscured by its own simplicity. In these architectural installations, he combines everyday objects with others that refer to mythology and animism. Through Jan. 17.
