PARIS CONTEMPORARY

fiac 2010 Paris

FIAC: Jorge Pedro Nuñez’s “Etre Tordu” (2010). Emma Faucheux

Paris becomes contemporary art central this week, with the major fair FIAC at the Carroussel du Louvre, the Grand Palais and the Tuileries Garden, and a number of fringe events (see Events listing below for links) at various locations. Not only that, but one of the world’s hottest contemporary art galleries, Gagosian, opens its first Paris space (4, rue de Ponthieu, 75008) today with exhibitions of works by Cy Twombly and Jean Prouvé.
