Ciné Quartier 13
> Free outdoor films in the parks of the 13th arrondissement on Friday evenings. This year’s theme: time travel. Various locations, Paris, July 22-Aug. 12.

Festival Européen Jeunes Talents
> Classical and contemporary music by talents from all over Europe Archives Nationales, Paris, through July 23.

Festival FNAC Live
> Thirty-three free concerts by acts like Yael Naim, Louise Attaque, Keren Ann and Vincent Delerm in front of and inside the Hôtel de Ville. “Invitations” required for indoor concerts; available as of July 20 at noon in FNAC ticket offices. Paris, July 20-23.
