BRITTANY IN PARIS
Ty Miam Goz: A boutique specializing in products from Brittany, with regional beers and ciders, of course, but also Breizh Cola, the rebellious Bretons’ answer to that other cola, and kig ha fars, the Breton couscous, and more. 64, rue d’Orsel, 75018 Paris.
FISH TO EAT
Le Cabanon de L’Ecailler: The owners of the venerable and respected seafood restaurant La Cagouille have opened this annex next door, which also has a terrace. 14, place Constantin-Brancusi, 75014 Paris. Tel.: 01 43 20 52 17.
FISH TO WATCH, WITH CHAMPAGNE
Aquarium de Paris: The aquarium at Trocadero now stays open until 10pm on the first Saturday of every month, with the added attraction of a glass of Champagne (or a soft drink) for each visitor. It comes at a price, however: €27.90 per person.
Alfred et Poppins: Need someone to water your plants while you’re on vacation? This home services agency will take care of it, and you’ll even get a credit on your income taxes for using them.
