ELEPHANT PANAME
Eléphant Paname: Brother and sister Laurent and Fanny Fiat, heirs to a supermarket fortune and respectively an artist and dancer, have opened an unusual new space in a Napoleon III mansion in Paris (10, rue Volney 75002) with exhibition spaces, dance studios, a café and a restaurant.

IMPROVED SUSHI
Sushi Shop.
Sushi Shop, one of the sushi takeouts that have mushroomed all over Paris over the past few years, has hired smiley star chef Thierry Marx, who worked in Japan for five years, to create eight fishy new offerings for its menu.

AIRPORT APP
My Way:
Pole Star’s My Way Aéroports de Paris app, powered by NAO Campus, has been launched on Google Play for Android devices and promises to guide users around Charles de Gaulle Airport. It will soon be available for Apple devices.
