CHEF OF THE YEAR
Eric Frechon, chef at Le Bristol in Paris who won his third Michelin star this year, garnered another honor when his fellow chefs, who were attending an event sponsored by the trade magazine Le Chef, recently voted him “2009 Chef of the Year.”
