ROOM WITH A VIEW

No, a flying saucer has not landed on the roof of the Palais de Tokyo; that green capsule perched atop the contemporary art museum is the Everland, a temporary one-room futuristic hotel designed by Swiss artists Sabina Lang and Daniel Baumann with a fantastic view of the Eiffel Tower that can be rented out for between €333 and €444 (depending on the day of the week). Demand is strong, so remember to book far in advance. The room will stay in place through Dec. 31, 2008.
