We visited Ralph Lauren’s restaurant (173 Boulevard St Germain, 75006 Paris; tel.: 01 44 77 76 00) again this last visit and, again, it came through with consistently delicious food and exquisite surroundings and service. When I asked about their crabmeat recipe, the waiter went to the kitchen to get us the name of the ingredient they dipped the crabmeat in to give it its special taste. Pricey but worth it.
